Comments: Today I felt pretty good on my morning run. It was the fastest longer fun that I have done in the 5 fingers running skins (not really shoes). I was planning on running with the Boulder Trail Runners but I missed the start. I did however share the pot luck picnic with them.

Overview: Today's run was a bit difficult. I didn't go to sleep until 3:30am last night because I was plotting my X-C route and got excited. My legs also felt heavy from my long run with a trailer on Sat. (7+hrs towing 85lbs).
